Trollbeads does NOT allow any Authorized Dealers to sell Trollbeads on any auction sites. Authorized retailers have signed a Terms and Conditions agreement which prevents the sale of Trollbeads on any auction site. Trollbeads Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to ANY products purchased through these auction sites, since authenticity of the product cannot be guaranteed. Buyer beware! Purchasing your beads from Authorized Dealers will guarantee you customer service you can depend on.
